1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not keep inventory. All products are printed on demand based on the specific order placed by the customer.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
All sales are final unless the product is defective or does not match the description provided.

2. Order Cancellation
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled.
However, we allow modifications (such as size or color changes) within 24 hours of placing the order.
To modify your order, please contact us immediately.

3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide:
Order number
Photo of the defective or incorrect item
Description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Lost Packages
For U.S. Orders
Most orders ship via UPS Mail Innovations:
UPS transports the package first
USPS completes the final delivery
Tracking may stop updating during the handoff.
A package is considered lost after 10 business days of no tracking updates.
For International Orders
Most international shipments start with Asendia and are handed to local carriers.
Due to customs and international processing, a package is considered lost after 30 days from the shipping date.
If your order meets the lost-package timeframe, please contact us for a replacement.

5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacements only when:
The package is confirmed lost
The item is defective
The wrong item was received
